Add onions and bell pepper and saute until the onion starts to caramelize. Add the remaining ingredients and saute together for about 4-5 minutes, or just until the zucchini become tender (not mushy).

While the veggies are cooking, place steak on grill (or in broiler) to sear in the flavor. Don't leave the steak on the grill for more than 3-5 minutes per side, because it's already fully cooked. If left too long, it will become dried out. For this recipe, the steak is basted in a combination of Honey BBQ sauce and A-1 sauce.

Homemade Steak Fajitas

This is a meal that we eat as it is below. We don't add the tortillas, sour cream, etc., as this is a healthier option. This is the basic recipe for the actual meat, peppers, and onion.

1 large red bell pepper (sliced)
2 large green bell peppers (sliced)
1 medium yellow onion (chopped)
1/2 package of Tyson frozen steak strips (these are already cooked strips)
2 tsp. Olive Oil

In a skillet, heat olive oil. Add steak strips, and cover. Let the strips heat alone for 5-10 minutes on medium heat (until thawed).

Add peppers and onion, stir so the meat doesn't stay on the bottom of the skillet. Cover, and let cook on medium heat until the peppers are tender (usually about 15 minutes). Dream Whip
1 pkg. Philadelphia Cream Cheese

Cook pie shell until brown. Make sure to poke small holes in crust with a fork before cooking.

Make Dream Whip according to box directions. Cover the bananas with the cherry pie filling, leaving a spoonful of the filling for the top of the pie.
